Sunday Supper from the Cutco Kitchen

Avocado Toast

Elevate Toast to New Heights With Avocado

I'm all for quick, easy and delicious. So when I discovered avocado toast, I fell hook, line and sinker.

Toast your favorite bread (I'm a fan of using sourdough for my avocado toast), add sliced or smashed avocado and top that with what you like: eggs, radishes, hot sauce, bacon or whatever strikes your fancy.

Avocado toast is a great breakfast item, but I've eaten it many times for lunch and even dinner. Avocados are packed with nutrients and their fiber content fills you up.

Petite Santoku

5" Petite Santoku

The number one rule in knife use is to use the right size knife for what you're cutting. When it comes to avocados, this 5" Petite Santoku works great.

“I love this little guy - small but mighty! It cuts, chops, and dices so easily. It's so easy to maneuver, I do 90% of my prepping with this knife. I wish I had two because mine is always in the dishwasher”
- Online reviewer, hhahner
