Cheese and Potato Pie

An Easy Potato Dish for St. Patrick's Day

The potato's role in Irish history is well-known, so what better way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day than with a hearty, hot potato recipe. This week we went back into the archives and found this Dublin Cheese and Potato Pie recipe in our 1972 Cutco Cookbook.

This simple side dish is great for pairing with corned beef and cabbage or Irish bangers (sausages). Better yet from our perspective, it's a great recipe to hone your slicing skills.
