Avgolemono soup: Hard to say, easy to make
Lemon and chicken make a perfect pair for this delicious Greek egg-lemon soup. Avgolemono (av-go-LEMON-oh) includes the soup basics of onion, carrots and celery and the delicious combined flavors of chicken and lemon. The addition of orzo makes it a meal in itself.
Hopefully our soup days are numbered as spring arrives and warmer days approach. In the meantime, what's your favorite soup to make or eat?
