Use up leftover ham and eggs in this easy salad
Ham and boiled eggs will be in abundance in many houses this holiday weekend. If you're looking for an easy way to use them up, try this Spring Spinach Strawberry Salad with Egg and Ham recipe, created for us by blogger Dorothy Reinhold of ShockinglyDelicious.com.
Dress this salad with a Roasted Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette for a refreshing zing. This dressing is also great drizzled on pan-fried fish or roast chicken.
