An Easy Frosting
For last minute dish-to-pass invites, we like to have go-to recipes at the ready that don't require a lot of time to make. If you have a cake mix, some raspberry jam, pantry staples and seven minutes, you've got all you need for this Raspberry Coconut Cake with 7-Minute Frosting.
This recipe allows you to make a light and fluffy frosting without having to use the double boiler.
