An Easy Asparagus Frittata for Any Meal
Frittatas aren't just for breakfast any more. Since there are so many ways to make this protein-packed dish, it's adaptable to lunch and dinner, too.
This simple Asparagus Frittata recipe uses fresh asparagus, mushrooms, red peppers and cheese to create an egg-based dish that's tasty and fulfilling.
It's an easy recipe to experiment with. Add sliced onions, diced ham or spinach, and top with hollandaise sauce, hot sauce or crumbled bacon.
