Tuscan Pasta Salad

A Taste of Tuscany in an Easy Pasta Salad

A few sharp knives, fresh ingredients and some pasta are all you need to make this flavorful Tuscan Pasta Salad with Artichoke Hearts. The next time you are asked to bring a salad to the party, give this recipe a try. It's a great one for showing off your knife skills.

If you're feeling creative, grill the raddichio and peppers to add a smoky flavor to the salad. You can also play with ingredients to make it your own. Try adding cannellini beans or replacing the tomatoes with sundried tomatoes or the artichokes with Kalamata olives.
