Make Tomatoes Shine with This Colorful Tart
When we mentioned making a tart with tomatoes a lot of people were curious, since tarts are seen as more of a sweet treat than savory. But, trust me, this might be the only tart I'll ever make, it's that good.
Tomatoes are the star of this easy recipe. Whether you use red, green, heirloom or cherry tomatoes, the flavors will burst in your mouth on the first bite. Paired with Italian cheese, garlic and fresh basil, serve this as a main dish or cut into smaller pieces for an appetizer.
