A Veggie Packed Soup for Summer
This is my favorite time of year for cooking and eating. Around here, gardens and farmers markets are full of fresh, local fruits and vegetables. If you're looking for a recipe to really spotlight the late summer harvest, give this Summer Minestrone Soup a try. It's packed with veggies and full of flavor.
Serve this with some crusty bread and a crisp, white wine and you've got a winner.
Share your recipes, stories and photos with me on Facebook: www.Facebook.com/CutcoCutlery, Twitter: @CutcoCutlery or Instagram: @CutcoCutlery and use the hashtag #CutcoKitchen.
If you know someone who might enjoy receiving the Sunday Supper, forward it on and have them sign up here.

Vegetable Knife
This knife is a favorite of our dear friend Master Chef Fritz Sonnenschmidt. Its heft and extremely sharp blade are perfect for cutting through summer squash, cucumbers, corn on the cob and so much more.
“Bought this knife about a month ago and it is the best knife for cutting veggies and we own a lot of Cutco knives. This is great for cutting acorn squash in half like no other knife out there!! It is tough and very sturdy so the blade never bends and sharp, sharp, sharp. Cuts with ease!!!”
